Our operational expertise helps our clients with the appropriate debt structure, pricing, and timing of the issuance, and helps manage the placement of the securities with investors. Whether it is raising capital from debt and equity, providing trading and risk management services, or offering operational research and services to clients to help them navigate the complex global markets.

The Team

  • Defines the scope of a financial report, including the types of investors to be targeted and the industry or sector in which the company operates.

  • Conducts market research to gather information about the industry or sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and potential risks and opportunities.

  • Identifies potential investors who may be interested in the company's securities, based on factors such as demographic information, investment history, and risk tolerance.

  • Develops messaging and positioning strategies that resonate with potential investors, based on the information gathered during the research and analysis phases.

  • Presents the findings and recommendations to senior management, investment bankers, and other stakeholders to inform the marketing and pricing strategy for the roadshow book-building process.

  • The team help streamline the roadshow process, allowing them to focus on the most promising leads and allocate their time and resources more effectively.

  • Provide robust information about potential investors which enables the banks and lead to tailor their pitches more effectively.

  • Help build strong relationships for our clients with all possible buyside investors around the globe.

  • Identify potential risks and roadblocks early in the process for our clients, allowing them to take steps to mitigate these issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Process all client inbound requests via our case management email system and telephony hotlines to address deals and support requests in demanding timeframes. (US/APAC/EMEA)

  • Conducting research on potential investors, analyzing financial data and market trends to identify potential leads.

  • Generating detailed and accurate reports on potential investors, providing insights and recommendations to our clients.

  • The team member will be responsible for meeting strict deadlines for generating and delivering reports, ensuring that the information provided is timely and relevant.

  • The team member will be maintaining trackers of missing data and need to work with internal team to procure and update the database to generate revenue.

  • Partner with Product/Support teams to prioritize, track and resolve production issues, to extinguish client interruptions.

  • Keep abreast of market & regulatory changes that impact service activities and adapting new team policies/procedures as needed.

  • The team member should continuously evaluate and improve the reporting process, seeking feedback from clients and team members, and implementing changes as needed to enhance the quality and efficiency of the reports generated.

  • Staying up to date with industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to our clients on the latest market data and analysis

  • Maintaining SLA’s and work Quality by delivering client ad hoc as of mentioned timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to all levels of management and clientele.

  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and market research.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to review and analyze large volumes of financial data.

  • A bachelor's/Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex financial data.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.

  • A customer service orientation with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of the investment banking industry, financial markets, and regulations governing the bookrunning process.

  • Flexibility to work across shifts on a rotational basis. *Shift timings – APAC – (6 AM TO 3 PM), EMEA (2 PM TO 11 PM), and US (7/8 PM TO 4/5 AM IST).
