ELITE RESOURCES PREMIER STAFFING is seeking an Independent Recruiting / Staffing / Human Resources Contractor for a large client in the Georgia areas. Prefer this person is based in or near Jackson, GA. Work from home, remote and onsite at predetermined client sites and interview sites. Travel up to 30%. Expenses reimbursed.

Must have Staffing and/or Human Resources experience for:

Onboarding new temp employees including drug screens, background checks, onsite check ins and interviewing / prescreening.

Must be able to travel in the immediate vicinity and to our headquarters in Charlotte, NC occassionally.

Must have strong Human Resource experience, Recruiting, Customer Sales and Account Management.

Must be confidential in all matters, work closely with our Headquarters office and Owners, 100% Reliable, highly motivated and self-managed.

Provide Payroll support to clients, employees and home office using our Tempworks Beyond HRIS System. Full training provided.

Elite Resources will provide:

We are seeking a 1099 Contractor and based on experience, this position will pay from 16/hr to 25/hr. You will be responsible for your own tax filings. We prefer someone that is familiar or experienced with this job type and its responsibilities.

Business Cell phone, Business Laptop and expenses related to performance of the position.

We are seeking a motivated, Independent professional that will start working contract on an independent contract - 1099 basis and with the proven performance, an opportunity to eventually become a permanent employee with benefits.
