Infosys is seeking a Project Manager.
This position's primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize roadmap along with product owner to increase agility. In this role you will help teams to practice values and principles of agile and become more agile. He/She will need to effectively facilitate all scrum ceremonies like Sprint Planning, daily stand up, sprint review/demo and retrospective meeting. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7 to 10 years prior project management experience in a software development environment.
Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively.
Experience with distributed and web-based applications.
Experience in word, excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
Experience in retail wealth management & retirement platform.
Experience working with an agile-based development team.
Experience of working with globally distributed teams.
Experience in rally.
Project management professional certification a plus.
Scrum Master Certification.


The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
