Candidates should have extensive experience with subsurface compressor systems and managing field service operations. responsibilities:

• Lead a team of supervisors, field service technicians, and administrative staff that are associated with company projects

• Develop and implement field service strategy and operations

• Collaborate and manage subcontractors and outsourced services

• Provide technical expertise to clients and support the marketing team on new proposals

• Manage projects to meet deadlines and financial targets

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Electric Submersible Pump technology

• 10+ years of experience in the oil/gas industry

• Proven leadership of field service teams
