業務範囲

• チェックイン/チェックアウト業務等フロントカウンター業務全般：フロント、クラブラウンジ

• お客様のお出迎え、館内およびホテル周辺、神戸観光地のご案内等：フロント、クラブラウンジ、ロビーサービス

• ラウンジ(ブッフェスタイル)で提供される朝食・アフタヌーンティ・ナイトカクテル等の準備/サービス：クラブラウンジ

• 食品の管理、発注：クラブラウンジ

• 客室へのお荷物のデリバリー：ロビーサービス

• お客様のお荷物のお預かり、配送業務他：ロビーサービス

• 宿泊サービス、料飲等の経験者

• Operaシステム経験者歓迎！

• 英会話力ある方歓迎！

• 前向きに仕事を楽しめる方

＜ハウスキーピング＞

業務範囲

• 客室清掃及びチェック、整備、管理業務

• 客室備品オーダー業務　

• ランドリーサービスの回収、配達

• 客室センター業務（宿泊ゲストのリクエスト対応、客室清掃ルームコントロール）など

求められるもの

• 宿泊サービスの経験者

• Operaシステム使用経験者歓迎！

• 初級レベルの英会話力があればのぞましい

• 明るく、確認しながらの業務ができる方

待遇その他

• 月額給与：195,000～347,000円　※ご経験・スキル等により応相談

• 賞与：あり。支給は会社業績および個人の勤務成績に基づく。

• 手当：通勤補助費(上限あり)、時間外手当(残業、深夜等)

• 保険各種：社会保険(健康保険、厚生年金)、雇用保険、労働災害保険加入

• 福利厚生：IHGグループのホテル宿泊、レストランの従業員割引制度あり、従業員食堂あり、制服・ロッカー貸与、社内外の研修制度あり

• 勤務時間：1ヶ月単位の変形労働制、所定労働時間7.75時間(日平均)

• 休日：110日(年間)、リフレッシュ休暇4日、有給休暇(初年度10日)
