Job Description

Manages, plans, and coordinates the execution of change management initiatives. Participates in assessing the scope of a change initiative and designing change management strategies that will maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Oversees tracking and delivery of change management tactics, ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time.

Job Responsibility

  1. Assists Enterprise Change Management leadership team in developing and executing strategic, creative, integrated change management plans designed to drive employee engagement and understanding, lead to adoption of desired changes, and minimize resistance to change.

  2. Drives project implementation and supervises execution of established change management plans. Oversees delegation of tasks within the Enterprise Change Management team and with internal partners - this includes providing work guidance over a function, and checking and assigning work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks. Leverages Change Management methodology and engagement tactics to drive organizational change and achieve project objectives.

  3. Identifies and anticipates organizational challenges and/or resistance; develops risk mitigation plans and manages resolution of potential organizational obstacles.

  4. Serves as a liaison with internal partners and subject matter experts to enhance and align change management approach and drive project management. Provides regular updates to these stakeholders as requested or needed.

  5. Leads stakeholder analyses, change impact analyses, and change readiness assessments to effectively establish change management approach and identify potential project impacts/risks.

  6. Establishes mechanisms for providing and receiving feedback amongst stakeholders. Analyze feedback to create supporting action plans and leverages tactics to develop stakeholders' understanding and acceptance of change impacts.

  7. Creates training plans and develops content to support key learning objectives for change initiatives.

  8. Serves as an informal leader and functional mentor by regularly modeling and training Enterprise Change Management team members on change management tools and tactics.

  9. Assists management with oversight of the team's entire project portfolio to help align team resources for each project based on bandwidth, skills, experience.

  10. Works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors. Requires minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general direction on more complex tasks and projects.

  11. Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

  12. Performs related duties as required.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, required.

  • 5+ years of Change Management experience strongly preferred.

  • Change Management experience in healthcare preferred. *Additional Salary DetailThe salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The salary range for this position is $70,470-$116,870/year
