Staffing Service USA Customer Service Representative - Lancaster in Lancaster, Pennsylvania
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Rep with heavy call volume experience to join our team!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for the following:
- Offering excellent customer service to all customers via phone and email
- Entering orders into the system
- Taking payments over the phone
- Following up with customers regarding delivery status
- Recommending products to customers
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns via phone and email
- Documenting caller notes into the computer system
- Processing customer requests
The Customer Service Rep MUST have the following experience:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a call center OR high volume phone position
- Experience wearing a headset and using 2+ computer screens
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
