Intake Manager (OneWell LLC, Lancaster, PA): Lead a team of intake coordinators assisting patients and families in obtaining services and referrals, understanding policies, and making healthcare decisions. Oversee and administer intake of new participants, manage patient eligibility checks in C2S, design and automate intake workflows, manage HCSIS tasks, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of patient database records. Required: High School diploma and 2 years of experience as Intake Manager overseeing a team of intake coordinators in eligibility checks via Pyramos C2S using EDI, PROMISe, and WebBBS, and managing HCSIS tasks for Act150, OBRA, and other waivers.
