Role Overview :

As a part of its digital transformation, OTIS UKI is automatizing its processes & reporting solutions.

As a Data Analyst - BI Developer, you will support the OTIS UKI – Field Operations Department & Otis ONE Remote services team to build data visualisations to help stakeholders make data driven business decisions.

Analysing and consolidating internal and external data to support business decisions.

Accurate and timely feedback of actual and forecasted data.

On a typical day you will:

• Analyse all data and ensure it is reported correctly, in a timely manner, utilizing internal systems including CRM, Otis ONE, E-log/ HFM.

• Develop Power BI dashboards to support the FOD Department.

• Produce data analysis to support business decisions including installation time and labour hours.

• Develop Predictive Models based on Lift performance data to facilitate informed decisions.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to specify their dashboard requirements.

• Coordinate internal and external data collection and building up database of intelligence.

• Train colleagues on reporting.

• Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.

• Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.

• Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)

• Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).

What You Will Need to be Successful :

Essential:

• Inquisitive, independent, analytical & mathematical.

• Good communication.

• Ability to understand technical and financial concepts.

• Advance user of Microsoft Excel.

• Good knowledge on PowerPoint and Word.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Finance.

Desirable:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Finance.

• Experience of programming (VBA / C++ / JAVA / XML or similar).
