Camping World Manager, Loyalty Operations in Lincolnshire, Illinois

Good Sam Enterprises is seeking a Manager of Loyalty Operations to assist in the management and growth of a multi-tender loyalty program across a paid membership and credit card portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Loyalty Operations, this manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to run the daily operations of the Membership & Loyalty business while supporting the development of program enhancements that drive incrementality and retention across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations while assessing areas of opportunities for program expansion, enhancements, and removing inefficiencies.

  • Maintain acquisition and retention offer strategies, analysis, and reporting across all sales channels.

  • Manage the promotional offer calendar for the Membership, collaborating with Marketing teams to drive awareness and conversion

  • Communicate upcoming program changes to internal stakeholders

  • Support internal teams with customer service-related inquiries and troubleshooting

Assist in the management of Loyalty offer construction and execution with internal teams and external vendors

  • Identify gaps in the Membership & Loyalty benefits suite and collaborate with Business Development, & Partnerships, Operations, and Marketing teams to assess and prioritize 3P solutions

  • Coordinate offers, rewards, and associated content for day-to-day operations and campaigns

  • Support Loyalty Partnerships team in executing partner-driven Member exclusive offers

Support Loyalty Operations, Partnerships, and Marketing stakeholders with internal communications and project management responsibilities

  • Maintain internal documentation of Loyalty Program updates, campaigns, and reporting

  • Generate weekly, quarterly, and campaign-based reporting

  • Coordinate project timelines and execution across multiple workstreams

Requirements

  • Hybrid Role; ability to commute to the Downtown Chicago or Lincolnshire, IL offices 2-3 days a week

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Marketing, Sales, Communications, Advertising, etc.)

  • 3-5 Years of relevant experience (Marketing, Operations, Project Management, etc.)

  • Highly collaborative, and results-driven

  • Proven track record executing short and long term KPIs at a large enterprise or agency

  • Strong understanding of marketing and promotions foundations, systems, and processes

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with all levels within an organization

  • Experience building visual presentation and executive summaries, proficiency with presentation programs (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) is a plus

  • Proficient with project management software (Asana, Wrike, Monday, etc.), Project Management competencies is a plus

  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range:

$59,745.00-$89,670.00 Annual
