Marketing Manager

Are you a marketing manager, with exceptional stakeholder and project management experience? Do you have a track record working within the Insurance/ or financial services industry? If yes, then this could be the perfect role for you!

Aon are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our team in London. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work virtually at home and from the office. With offices across the UK, we are flexible and would be happy to consider candidates based in either our London office, or another office in the Southeast, England.

What the day will look like

Working within the Growth marketing team and based within agreed offices, the role encompasses general marketing and proposition development skills.

  • Working with the leadership team, plan and deliver effective integrated marketing strategies to achieve client acquisition and retention objectives.

  • Establish content marketing strategies with the CoE team and tactics including digital, to attract, acquire and engage future clients.

  • Create compelling and targeted collateral, in line with core propositions and tailored to the target audience, for PR, digital media and marketing campaigns.

  • Manage virtual teams of both internal colleagues and agencies to deliver multifaceted marketing campaigns

  • Apply previous successful experience of creating, defining and delivering value propositions to colleagues, clients and future clients.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Insurance or Financial Services experience desirable

  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to articulate and implement your ideas.

  • Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.

  • Commercially aware.

  • Excellent communication and personable skills.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

  • Confidence to liaise and work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders as well as other colleagues, clients, suppliers and other divisions of Aon.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
