Exciting work you will do:

  • Play an active part in the Agile community and help to drive initiatives forward across North Highland and our clients

  • Lead, coach and support development teams to successfully deliver exceptional products

  • Help clients implement, embed and scale agile at an enterprise level. This should include advising them on all areas of people, process, technology and culture; and guiding them through the change.

  • Help to upskill people across North Highland through classroom-based training, lunch and learns and ad-hoc coaching so they have the tools and knowledge to work on agile assignments

  • Work across multiple clients in different industries (not all projects will be full-time)

  • Actively contribute to business development activities through the identification of new opportunities within our clients

  • Maintain excellent client relationships

  • Contribute to thought leadership externally and helping to promote agile thinking across our clients and North Highland

What you will need:

  • Experience of agile methodologies and frameworks, including scaled agile delivery within one or more large enterprises

  • Successful experience in a Team Facilitator/Scrum Master role applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory within agile environments

  • Experience interfacing and gaining credibility with different levels of the organisation from senior level client executives to delivery teams

  • A breadth of experience across the full spectrum of Digital including strategy, delivery, customer / user experience, engineering and DevOps

  • Experience of a combination of delivery methods and frameworks, including waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, LESS and DSDM

  • Relevant industry qualifications such as CSM and PSM I, Leading SAFe and SAFe® Program Consultant, or equivalent experience
