Experience leading the development of space-based power electronics products in a rapid prototyping commercial space environment. Ability to oversee multiple product development efforts, in coordination with Programs, to assure successful program execution for technical, schedule, and design-to-cost (DTC) objectives. Ability to lead and drive high-performance cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on program execution, customer satisfaction, and speed to market. Ability to work collaboratively across functions to ensure that design-for-X principles are consistently applied to product development. Experience developing and managing product roadmaps that are aligned to business objectives and customer needs. Ability to apply sound technical and programmatic judgment, and make impactful decisions in complex and ambiguous situations, often with incomplete data. Demonstrated passion for ideation and innovation, as well as motivating other to act by creating a shared sense of vision or purpose. Possess a strategic mindset, linking technology and business. Proven experience and skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, and strategic thinking.
