Due to our continuous growth, our R&D Evaluation Center is looking for a Controls&Drives Engineer who will be responsible for:

• Planning and Executing projects in interface with Local MTE and Hannover Tire Testing Technology

• Planning and Executing projects in interface with Local IT;

• Installation and repair of electrical components with a focus on the Siemens S7 PLC program

• Analyze, test, execute and document changes to existing complex Siemens S7 PLC controllers and Siemens S7 PLC programs

• Problem solving of computer-controlled complex testing machines to carry out the above-mentioned activities including functional testing and commissioning.

• Preparation of new equipment requirement Books

• University degree in Engineering (Electrotechnical or Mechatronics)

• Experience of at least 3 years in industrial environments, preferably in control and automation technologies

• knowledge in dealing with Siemens S7 PLC programming and experience in the field of industrial fieldbus systems (Profibus, Profinet)

• Good knowledge of electr. Drive technology (Micromaster, Simoreg, Sinamics, Posmo)

• Safe handling of circuit diagrams and circuit diagrams

• Coordination of external companies

• Written and spoken English language skills

• Analytical and problem-solving thinking skills

• Good communication skills

• Teamwork and intercultural competencies;

• Willingness to learn and develop skills

• Availability to travel
