The OCM Manager is responsible for the setup, coordination, and maintenance of Arvests Enterprise Ambassador Network. The Manager will focus on developing relationships with Ambassadors and ensuring they get the training needed to be successful Ambassadors within the Arvest enterprise. The Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders in understanding Organizational Change Management needs based upon current priorities and organizational goals and objectives. The Manager must excel at stakeholder management and performs with a high degree of latitude with complex issues. The Manager will foster teamwork, build collaborative relationships, identify, and seek pertinent information/research, develop, and implement processes or operating models within the business units. The Manager will oversee project plans, timelines, communication, etc. and provide mentoring and coaching to a team of associates throughout the change management process.

? Serve as an OCM subject matter expert for enterprise change initiatives. Partner with business stakeholders in understanding the OCM support for current priorities and organizational objectives.

? Stand up a cross-functional change ambassador network to help enable change initiatives across the organization, ensuring stakeholder co-creation to implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization and drive business results.
