Job Title: Human Resources Recruiter/Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Recruiter with a focus on recruiting and training to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facility continues to hire qualified and compassionate individuals who are committed to our mission. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff members.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the facility. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.

Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and current employees. Coordinate and conduct training sessions on various topics, including safety protocols, best practices in adolescent mental health, and crisis intervention. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.

HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, including but not limited to personnel files, onboarding forms and training documentation for compliance.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment and training.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Compassion and understanding of the unique needs of adolescents in a residential treatment setting.
