What you will be doing: Leading our SAFe Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You will be the heart of our team, providing process for the team to achieve their best results. You will help alleviate impediments, track progress of the teams and report status. You will act as a servant leader, driving process improvements on the journey to a financial industry. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and implement Scrum practices. Act as a change agent that increases the productivity of the team. Lead and coach the organization in successful Scrum adoption. Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
