JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY: The position of Director, Mission Integration is a full-time appointment. The Director is a member of the leadership team and works collaboratively to develop and implement strategic initiatives designed to instill Felician-Franciscan core values and a commitment to the Felician mission. The Director of Mission Integration will provide leadership, direction, and management concerning Faith Formation programs at St. Joseph Academy. Will develop and implement activities and provide resources. Will also serve to provide leadership and programs that advance the mission, values and expectations, and goals of St. Joseph Academy. Director, Mission Integration is responsible for performing other duties as assigned consistent with the overall responsibility to elevate mission across every sector of St. Joseph Academy. Serve as a member of the leadership team to collaborate in the integration of the Mission and Core Values in all aspects of operations; i.e., strategic planning, policy development, leadership/staff development, and finance/budget; Initiate and assure completion of the creation and implementation of the Mission Integration Plan, supported by the President; Develop, implement, lead, and coordinate the mission integration and ministry formation programs; Identify and develop quantitative and qualitative assessment tools to measure program effectiveness; Collaborate with and support the President in the integration of the Mission and Core Values in the daily operations of St. Joseph Academy; Maintain an active and visible presence at St. Joseph Academy, especially among those being served to promote the development of, spiritual growth and reflection regardless of their faith affiliation, as well as for people with no religious beliefs at all; Assure Mission and Core Values orientation and ongoing programs are provided for the Board Members, Administration, Staff, and Volunteers as appropriate; Ensure the employee\'s quality of service and behaviors are congruent with the mission and values of the Felician Sisters\' for St. Joseph Academy. Represent SJA with community partners, contacts and at community meetings. Promote SJA to schools, parishes, and other community leaders and organizations.
