JOB REQUIREMENTS: This critical role will serve as the strategic Global Total Rewards Leader for Dematic, leading the strategy, design and execution of our compensation and rewards offerings. Included in this scope are: Broad Based Compensation programs, Executive Compensation, Specialized Variable Compensation (such as Sales and Project based incentive programs), Organization Capability Building (regarding the administration of total rewards), Compensation Programs, and building necessary linkages to overarching Total Rewards, Benefits, and Recognition programs globally. This leader will work in close partnership with the Total Rewards COE within The KION Group, along with Total Rewards and HR Systems and Mobility leaders in other units across the Group, to align on executive compensation, systems implementations, Board Proposals and overall Total Rewards philosophy and management. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$125,000 - \$225,000 at the time of posting.
