The Headlines:

In the role of Manager, Supply Planning working in Milwaukee, WI , you will lead our team of supply planning professionals that are responsible for collaborating with our breweries to plan and deliver against our S&OP targets. This role is also responsible for delivering on our service and cost metrics.

This position reports to the Director, Supply & Service, and collaborates closely with the Customer Service team, as well as our Commercial teams.

The Responsibilities:

• Leads the business team responsible for managing and implementing supply planning processes with emphasis an SAP APO-based planning and distributor replenishment operating model.

• Drives significant value creation through the design and optimization of the MillerCoors supply network, from supplier through distributor.

• Key contributor to the Sales & Operations Planning process which aligns Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership on volume, revenue, and supply plans.

• Drives company revenue growth through effective product supply plans, processes, systems, and tools. Business owner of all future SAP supply planning systems and process integration into back-end planning systems.

• Leads and develops Analyst professionals in support of execution of supply chain, forecasting, and operations support activities. Ensures team is focused, well-trained for delivering expected business results.

The Other Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership, preferably in the CPG industry

• You will have a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience

• Experience working within a matrix environment
