Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Docket Specialist for a REMOTE position with a top national law firm. Candidates must reside in MN, MO, or WI. The Docket Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day calendaring of case activity for assigned teams. Duties include, but aren't limited to the following:

• Entering deadlines into the firm's docketing software;
• Generating reports summarizing case information from courts;
• Performing court and case research;
• Responding to inquiries regarding docket support;
• Processing e-filing requests; etc.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation docketing experience
• Experience with rules-based docketing software
• Strong attention to detail
