Description:

  • Strong focused client communication strategy that will always exceed client expectations. - Manage the day-to-day operations of our client base. Answer questions, move money, send out checks, - Opening new client accounts, handle paperwork, send emails, etc. - Schedule appointments and manage office calendars. - Deal with daily calls to/from LPL Financial our Broker Dealer. - File and organize documents and records. - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department. - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. - Helps an organization or department by performing administrative services including filing, mailing, paying bills, running errands, managing office supply inventory and completing project-based assigned work. - Arranges meetings, conference calls and appointments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Retail CRM or having successfully worked in an LPL Financial office a SUPER plus. - Five years Plus of experience in a financial office environment, preferably working with Financial advisors and their clients. - Considerable knowledge of the securities industry and the everyday operations of a very active RIA or Brokerage office business. - Superior interpersonal, verbal and written skills. - Proficient with various computer software programs. - Based on duties, previously having worked at a major banks Wealth Management division may be acceptable. - Ability to handle client's with tact and diplomacy. - Outstanding written and communication skills. - Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. - Basic understanding of RIA and brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts. - Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
