LOCATION: Maring-Hunt Library

JOB TYPE: Full-time (40 hours/week), hourly, nonexempt

SALARY: Minimum $11.66/hour; depends on experience

POSITION PURPOSE

To provide general cleaning and maintenance assistance and perform projects as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made upon request to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Clean interior of Library properties (vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, etc.)
  • Assist with maintenance of system (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
  • Assist with mowing, shoveling snow, mulching, and landscaping
  • Make minor repairs as needed
  • Drive Library vehicles for pick-ups and deliveries
