Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Technical BA to join their team. This resource will be a true liaison between the development and business teams, but will also need to be a true Technical BA and be technically sound. While they will not be coding, they will need to be able to understand technical concepts and tools to be able to process and allocate tickets accordingly for each team (QA, Development, business teams, etc.), understand any roadblocks the development team is facing and solution with them on process optimization. This person will need to be able to wear a few different hats by not only being tech savvy when assigning designated tickets to each IT team, but also running stand ups and scrum ceremonies, collecting and documenting requirements from stakeholders in Confluence, and epics/stories in Jira with acceptance criteria and development notes for web developers to complete. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and business partners on what's in-flight and what's in queue. Understand the current sprint velocity for the front-end web development team, manage stakeholder expectations, and working closely with product managers and web development teams to complete road mapped initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5+ years of relevant IT BA, BSA, Product, or Project Management experience

• Ability to wear multiple hats within a BA role

• Write and create user acceptance criteria

• Tech savvy/ability to translate technical items/field IT tickets to correct points of contact-- (Either transitioned from a development role into a BA/PM path, or has a strong understanding of HTML formatting, APIs, Javascript concepts, etc. to write up tickets.)

• Agile & Waterfall

• Jira/Confluence

• Experience leading scrum meetings/daily stand-ups

• Local to Nashville, TN and open to hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Adobe AEM or component based CMS

Data Analysis tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics null
