About the team

FIS is looking for a Business Process Analyst II to join our team. As a Business Process Analyst II, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team.

What you will be doing

This role will work within the Internal Consulting team, supporting the team in delivering the Customer Experience strategic vision across multiple processes and technology capabilities. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business to enable the strategic vision to be delivered. You will also take responsibility for agreeing, designing and delivering BAU changes which drive the overall strategic vision as well as responsibility for continuous improvements of processes and technology, working closely with the data analytics teams to confirm your deliveries are reported accurately.

You will be expected to keep up to speed on best in class process and technologies outside of FIS and within the market to ensure the team is delivering optimum solutions.
