[5%]-Work with experienced consultants to develop models, perform complex analyses, and work on both internal and external research assignments. [30%]-Team with company managements, investment bankers, lawyers, and other professionals to help underperforming companies improve financial results and help investors and creditors maximize their recoveries in difficult situations. [25%]-Provide services such as devising and implementing turnaround and restructuring plans, business transformations, liquidity management, modeling and forecasting, expert-witness testimony, operational improvement, chapter 11 planning and administration, and creditor advisory. [35%]Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Business Analytics or Finance. Requires 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Analysis or Business Analysis.Requires 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:-Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing the financial health of distressed companies and recommending appropriate restructuring strategies for financial services, retail, and power & utilities.-Proficiency with utilizing CapIQ (including CIQ Excel Plug-in), Bloomberg (including Bloomberg Query Language API), Reorg, Debtwire, Statista, and BankruptcyData.-Comprehensive knowledge of US Chapter 11 bankruptcy, including filing procedures, legal requirements, restructuring strategies, and compliance requirements.-Develop, build, and modify financial models with proficiency in the mechanics of a 13-week cashflow model.Up to 80% of travel to undetermined domestic and international client locations, as needed.
