Position Summary

Your role is to lead Client Solutions, Analytics for a major health client, focusing on Omnichannel DTC Media analytics for their Hematology, Oncology and Cardiovascular Therapeutic Areas. This entails building, scaling, and elevating a holistic approach to campaign execution and measurement ranging from descriptive to diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analysis across all channels, and leading the team managing all deliverables for this client.

Responsibilities

* Manage/mentor junior team members.
* Understand core client business challenges and develop relevant measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities.
* Work closely with internal and client teams to identify business needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance.
* Guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, efficiently consolidating data from a multitude of sources into a cohesive view of performance.
* Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that key stakeholders will utilize on a regular basis to make informed business decisions.
* Ensure alignment between day-to-day analytics support & approved measurement frameworks.
* Prepare & deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audience.

  • Internal
    • Able to successfully manage Business Intelligence & Accountability timeline and deliverables for the team.
    • Able to deploy tools and techniques to deliver best in class Business Intelligence & Accountability
  • Commercial
    • Contributor to organic revenue from Business Intelligence & Accountability

Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent written, oral communication, project management and presentation skills.
  • Possesses understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
  • 8+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience managing digital audiences for targeting and planning
  • Strong organizational skills, able to aggregate information and data from multiple sources
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL
  • Demonstrates understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Analytics experience in therapeutic areas of Hematology, Oncology, Cardiovascular
  • Knowledge of Python
  • Working experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g. DCM, SA360, TTD, FB, etc.) preferred
  • Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation preferred
  • 3rd Party Measurement of Media Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony Health, Purplelabs, Komodo Health
  • Initiative does not require candidates to have a college degree

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$145,000-$175,000 USD
