Position Summary

This role requires technical understanding deep enough to converse with architects and engineers, great business sense and the ability to partner closely with other product management and user experience leaders to drive product success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition of a product vision and communicate its narrative within the organization through short-term and long-term roadmaps
  • Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader on campaign analytics and reporting
  • Drive innovation through the identification of unmet industry needs and disruption opportunities in Martech/Adtech
  • Synthesize research from agency end users, and external partners to balance big ideas with day-to-day feature requests
  • Lead a globally distributed and matrixed scrum team
  • Partner with a diverse set of stakeholders across the organization to solicit ideas, influence strategy and generate buy-in to proposed actions, while maintaining an objective position
  • Partner with product marketing to bring product features to market, and inspire stakeholders and collaborators across the organization to design solutions users can no longer live without
  • Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive success and quickly identify failures
  • Encourage a data-driven, agile culture as a role model and influencer
  • Manage your scrum team towards a healthy balance of innovation, technical debt reduction, and day to day maintenance and support

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience working as a product manager in high performing, cross functional teams that have shipped global products at scale
  • Knowledge of media planning, activation processes and advertising analytics
  • Managing products through the full lifecycle: strategy, development, launch, optimization, sunset
  • People management experience, strong team motivational skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Presenting to C-levels, superior organizational and communication skills (written/oral)
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Strategic and tactical thinking; identifying and prioritizing opportunities in strategic and tactical contexts.
  • Working in a collaborative environment revising and iterating strategy and roadmaps
  • Handling multiple complex projects
  • Working with distributed teams across multiple offices and time zones
  • Strong technical skills, with familiarity on BI tools

The salary range for this position is posted below. Salary Range
$160,000-$190,000 USD
