Description

American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Financial Data Project Manager to lead the creation of centralized reporting to support business leaders, including the development of executive dashboards. Manage Enterprise-wide billings model forecast visualizations and tracking. Manage Enterprise-wide Risk & Opportunities (R&O) by sizing those to billings from an issuer and merchant market perspective across the enterprise for all business units. Responsible for reducing manual work needed to pull power BI report and for building consensus on definitions and metrics. Review forecast results data for completeness and accuracy before incorporating data into presentations to senior leaders.

Position requires a Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with applying statistical and econometric modeling techniques to solve business problems in the financial industry. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: quantitative, mathematical, and statistical concepts and data processing techniques, including survival analysis, linear and logistic regression, time series analysis, panel data, decision tree analysis, and multivariate distribution theory; researching and presenting complex statistical concepts to non-technical audiences; application of advanced predictive analytics using large volumes of customer and merchant data; data visualization tools, including Tableau; database queries, including SQL, Teradata, and HiveQL; and machine learning techniques, Python, R, and SAS. Telecommuting is available up to 3 days per week.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $108,306.00 - $165,000.00 annually
