Position Summary:

Reporting to a Vice President, position is responsible for the overall accounting, reporting and operations for PRIME Europe

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and review quarterly reporting deliverables prepared by the outsourced fund administrator, including both fund level and investment level.**

  • Direct and reviewthefinancials of the property-owning entities and mid-tier entities, including but not limited to the monthly financial packages, audited financial statements and tax returns.**

  • Assist with preparation and review of responses to external requests, including to clients and consultants (e.g., DDQs RFPs, etc.)**

  • Assist with and provide oversight of legal entity management for legal and regulatory requirements and filings.**

  • Quarterly review of fund financial results, including budget-to-actual variance reviews, and fund and investment level return information.**

  • Liaise with fund administrator on accounting and operational related issues.**

  • Assist in the quarterly portfolio close process by liaising directly with the fund administrator.**

  • Review quarterly reforecasts and both internal and external quarterly reporting deliverables.**

  • Assist with oversight and coordination of valuation/valuation committee process.**

  • Manage liquidity model for purposes of cash monitoring and forecasting at both the fund level and investment level, including line of credit management and related debt compliance.**

  • Review AIFM, AIFMD and other regulatory reporting, as relevant.**

  • Coordinate and review capital calls, redemptions and distributions to fund investors.**

  • Manage ad hoc analyses for portfolio management, as needed.**

Skills Required:

  • BA/BS required, CPA or CFA candidate preferred; Big 4 experience preferred.**

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public or private accounting.**

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate and market value accounting preferred.**

  • Strong accounting, analytical and data management/aggregation skills.**

  • PC proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, is required; Yardi general ledger experience is a plus.**

  • Successful candidate will have strong communication skills given the need to communicate effectively in oral and written form with colleagues, supervisors, portfolio management, asset management, third party vendors/administrators and loan servicers.**

  • Ability to work within a team and under tight deadlines with minimal supervision and a positive, collaborative attitude.**

  • Proactive; self-motivated and goal-oriented.**

Wage Transparency Statement:Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $115,000.00 and $125,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
