This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributing member of the Global Compensation team within CEG, and this role will be responsible for driving key outcomes by focusing on compensation design and strategy as well as leading key aspects of the compensation review process. In addition, this role will also be responsible for driving multiple strategic compensation initiatives that are linked to our Colleague Value Proposition. These initiatives will be aimed at continuing to develop and deliver a compelling and differentiated Total Rewards strategy.

The position will report into the Director of Compensation Insights & Capabilities.

Key Responsibilities include (not a comprehensive list):

  • Leading/supporting key processes throughout the year across multiple compensation teams.

  • Supporting the maintenance of internal and external compensation competitiveness through compensation program reviews and enhancements

  • Ensuring that the compensation program changes are grounded in external trends and practices.

  • Managing and further developing the strategy for the off-cycle compensation review and Global Pay Equity processes

  • Supporting the incentive plan approvals cycle, understanding plans, history, evolution, etc. and working with partner teams on plan changes and implementation

  • Supporting the Compensation Insights team in developing enterprise-wide compensation strategies and designs through data analytics and modeling

  • Playing a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Compensation team and regulatory workstreams related to the company's senior executive officers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Graduate degree in Human Resource Management, preferred

  • Prefer 5 yrs. of experience within C&B

  • Ability to leverage external market insights & internal analytics to strengthen total rewards offerings

  • Excellent Excel/Powerpoint skills

  • Ability to use data to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills required

Qualifications

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefits
