Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager

  • Execution of an integrated programs that use digital channels

  • Define detailed project plan to execute marketing strategy and tactics. This includes paid, earned and bank-owned tactics that could involve a variety of mediums such as Banking Center, DM, email, Online, PR, etc.

  • Analysis of all critical processes impacting marketing effort; identify and mitigate risks such capacity, deliverable delays, etc.

  • Coordination and management of Communications, External Marketing, Metrics & Measurement core work teams.

  • Define activities required by core work team to execute the segment marketing strategy

  • Relationship management to facilitate execution across all stakeholders

  • Facilitate identification of meetings across multiple groups

  • Consider all the variables and make formal project planning recommendation(s) on target migration, including:

  • Resource planning to accomplish the project phases by the target dates

  • Integrate with Transition, Marketing Teams, Corporate Communication, and Associate Engagement

Exciting work you will do:

  • Review and QA weekly, biweekly and monthly reports

  • Facilitate identification of meetings across multiple groups

  • Create and update project plans (for selected project)

  • Provide direction to Junior PM on the following:

  • Onboarding Documentation

  • Document management

  • Project information

  • Task management

  • SharePoint Maintenance

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of Large Corporate Institutional marketing and Wealth Management preferred

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • Strong PowerPoint, excel and SharePoint skills required
