Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a Customer Experience organization. Candidates will be local to NY or NJ to go into the office on a hybrid basis. The consultant will be sitting within a consumer facing design team to support a new program aligned to a digital product. The goal of the role is to help create cohesion and clarity across design team stakeholders involved in the delivery of the product. Candidates will be partnering with internal and external partners to follow the project road map, ensure timely delivery of roadmap deliverables, and ensure all design lead stakeholders are aligned with the vision of the work. The ideal candidate will be excellent at stakeholder interaction and taking initiative to gather team members for meetings, including setting up meetings as well as coordinating stakeholder interactions and collecting information to connect the dots cross functionally. They will also be strong at understanding and following project plans, storytelling, tracking information, understanding dependencies and proactive with sharing updates. Candidates can expect to jump right into the project roadmap, should need little handholding, and will be expected to take initiative with stakeholder relationships in the beginning phases of the project. The final deliverable of the project will be a digital multimedia product, so any background in production or producing could be helpful in this role. Once the project is in delivery stage, there will be post delivery activities and management responsibilities.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager

Experience in a consumer facing design or digital environment

Experience with Smartsheet, Kanban, Jira, GSuite Google Decks, Google Sheets, Gmail

Hands on tracking and delivering on a project roadmap

Slack communication, calendar management and meeting coordination

Excellent communication skills to guide and lead stakeholder interactions - comfortable with taking initiative and driving conversations Video production or multimedia producing background
