Job Description:

• Qualifications & Skills required:

Must Have -

• Preferably MBA with 4-6 years of relevant industry experience (SaaS products) / BS in Computer Science with relevant experience of 4-6 years

• Very good understanding of Shipping, Shipping analytics and adjacent domains. (preferably understanding of Shipping360 platform if internal candidate)

• Sound understanding of overall business unit strategy and roadmap. Ability to contribute to product roadmap. Good understanding of product prioritization frameworks.

• Experience of translating product vision into drill down user stories, acceptance criteria that can be consumed and worked upon by development teams.

• Ability to collaborate cross functionally with Developers, QA, PM, UX, Release management, Engineering Management, product support teams, Tech writers, Sales, pre-sales.

• Strong experience of working in scaled Agile model. Experience of working in fast paced product development environment aligning to biweekly sprints/production releases.

• Ability to conduct market research, feasibility studies and come up with new product capabilities.

• Define and support QA to execute business test cases.

• Train and support the process / and system users in the business, customer care and service areas.

• Review help documentation for accuracy.

• Meet with client care on escalations and enhancement request to evaluate their criticality and priority.

• Contribute to client escalation troubleshooting with QA leads/ Architects.

• Produce reports for Engineering management/Sr. leadership consumption on escalations, defects, user stories.

Good to Have –

• Coding experience/understanding of Java, .NET, Golang.

• Basic understanding of Snowflake, MongoDB, Power BI tools.

• Basic understanding of microservices architecture

• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, metrics.
