Sr. Operations Project Manager

Position Summary:

Accountable for overseeing and guiding a wide variety of duties related to the development, implementation and ongoing management of Population Health Services Organization functions. Owns success of day-to-day operations and projects.

Job Description:

P rimary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day provider data management operations for our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) including adds/terms/changes and roster submission to value-based contract partners.

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of advance practice providers credentialing process seeking entry to our Clinically Integrated Network.

  • Serves as network liaison and point of triage with independent providers contracted with our Clinically Integrated Network.

  • Provides population health management support to our Independent Primary Care network, which includes onsite visits.

  • Manages annual network reconciliation and annual re-credentialing processes.

  • Serve as team project and testing lead for integration of new provider data management application.

  • Create continuous process improvement opportunities for network team.

  • Document new and revise existing policy, process, and standard procedures.

  • Supports enterprise team as necessary.

  • Provides administrative support for CIN Committee meetings and projects as assigned.

Q ualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

  • Experience in a health system, accountable care organization, or health plan with exposure to and knowledge of population health activities

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to yield results

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to operate within expedited timelines.

  • Conflict management skills

  • Technology skills with the ability to learn and apply new technologies

The hiring range for this position is:

$84,600.00-$113,775.00
