Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Okc, Oklahoma

Description We are on the hunt for a diligent Customer Service Representative to be based in OKC, Oklahoma, 73159, United States. In this role, you will be tasked with researching, interpreting, and maintaining data, documents, and processes related to commercial properties. You will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with municipal contacts while striving to meet client needs. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review commercial property data

• Utilize online resources to locate commercial property, associated municipal jurisdictions, and property information

• Follow processes advised by management to complete tasks in a timely manner

• Manage and preserve documents

• Determine necessary requests, complete and submit requests according to municipal and Department processes, and find appropriate municipal contacts

• Monitor requests to ensure timely processing

• Utilize the database to enter information and notes

• Maintain accurate, updated information in the database

• Ensure accuracy with all data and update accordingly

• Complete sufficient research of online resources to obtain documents and information

• Maintain accurate site cost transactions and notes

• Coordinate mailings

• Effectively manage email workload

• Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, supervisors, and employees

• Meet production targets

• Effectively communicate in a professional manner at all times

• Contribute to managing the team workload as needed

• Receive feedback and training to improve performance

• Utilize skills in Computer Research, Call Center Customer Service, Customer Service, and Data Gathering. Requirements • Proficient in Computer Research, able to efficiently find and interpret data relevant to customer inquiries

• Experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment, handling high volume of calls and managing customer issues effectively

• Strong Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability

• Proficient in Data Gathering, capable of collecting and organizing customer information for record keeping and decision making

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in relevant fields preferred

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
