The Senior Business Analyst role will be part of a focused delivery team responsible for implementing a system upgrade in the Cloud, numerous integrations including with 3rd party vendors, and analyzing multiple internal interfaces. Must have an enterprise project perspective and will assist the Program Manager with oversight of both, business and technical delivery teams, working with the Project and Program Manager to oversee activities within the various work streams.

Exciting work you will do:

  • Coordinate and generate requirements for upgrades and enhancements of current systems.

  • Responsible for delivering a system upgrade in the Cloud, 3rd party integrations and a reporting solution, while complying with security standards.

  • Deliver software gaps and enhancements via Agile methodology

  • Perform accounting, reporting, and business rules and data conversion analysis.

  • Coordinate and elicit business requirements for new and upgraded systems.

  • Coordination with in-house and 3rd party developers on custom development or enhancement projects.

  • Facilitate requirements generation meetings when needed.

  • Facilitate agile stand-ups when needed.

  • Take and maintain accurate meeting notes.

  • Coordinate activities related to corporate systems and data compliance projects (e.g. PII, PCI, and GDPR)

  • Able to adapt to varying project needs including Business Analysis activities, Project Coordinator activities, Documentation activities, or Test Coordination as needed.

  • Drive teams to end goals.

  • Must have enterprise/large project perspective.

  • Will assist Program Manager with oversight of both business and technical delivery teams.

  • Manage Change Requests.

  • Proxy Product Owner.

  • Must be extremely analytical.

  • Must be business and technical savvy.

What you will need:

  • Must be technical or have experience working with technical teams.

  • Agile experience required (overall process, writing stories, collaborating with others to groom backlog).

  • Kanban framework experience.

  • AWS experience and detailed data mapping a plus.

  • Global Distribution Services (GDS – Amadeus, Sabre) experience a plus.

  • Test management experience.

  • Prior experience with RIM policies, security & compliance assessments.

  • Experience working with different interfaces and systems integration.

  • Documentation of processes - assumptions, requirements, functional and non-functional.

  • Familiarity working with a booking/reservation system a big plus

  • Release planning experience/coordinating with vendor on releases

  • Version One Experience a plus.

  • Must be familiar with working on initial project scoping efforts (including creating requirements, working on gap analysis efforts, documentation, and project road mapping).

  • SharePoint and Confluence working knowledge.
