Assess and evaluate current automation processes; provide insight from work experience to maximize efficiency and innovation
Consult current automation team and leadership to discover room for improvement and build upon what’s working effectively
Provide change/complimentary recommendations for tools, roadmaps and relevant architecture
Work autonomously; work alongside leadership to keep big picture initiatives on track
Generate reports and maintain architecture schedule with automation team, resource manager and leadership
Present pertinent information with process improvement in mind
Work as the lead automation advisor; an automation SME who is not afraid to speak their mind about what is going well and what needs to change in the automation space
7+ years automation experience
4+ years automation architecture experience
Agile framework experience preferred
Selenium, Core Java, Github, Jenkins or comparable automation technology experience required
Technical bachelor’s degree preferred
