Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.

• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

• Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance, recommending changes as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.

• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of US GAAP.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Proven leadership skills, with a track record of driving results and leading change initiatives.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
