Design, develop and maintain AWS QuickSight dashboards to provide trends and insights on various people metrics like attendance, attrition, VET/VTO, headcount, gearing ratios using large datasets from AWS Redshift, Amazon Aurora and PostgreSQL Cluster. Comparing newly launch site people metrics vs legacy sites. Responsible for Cross functional teams and leaders to improve project intake system and use agile methodologies and participate in scrums. Responsible for both maintenance and testing as and when requiredand responsible for gathering Business Requirements.
