Exciting work you will do:

  • Deliver, identify, assess, and solution transformative growth opportunities for our clients and develop those strategies to bring them to life

  • Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, and best practices

  • Developing and executing an organizational change approach for well-defined low complexity projects or program workstreams using a defined methodology, including sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement and resistance management.

  • Developing and executing project plans

  • Partnering with clients or project team to mitigate resistance, sponsorship, and communication issues

  • Developing partnership relationships with manager/director level client personnel

  • Preparing and managing the delivery of quality deliverables

  • Maintaining a high degree of cross-functional team coordination

What you will need:

  • 5+ years of change management experience

  • 2+ years’ experience leading change management activities in large system transformation program

  • Experience conducting Stakeholder Analysis and Transformation Planning and developing deliverables.

  • Create Communication Plan and provide input to the training development and delivery teams on training focus areas.

  • Conduct People Readiness Assessments

  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills - be able to present findings to client executives

  • Be able to work independently with little supervision – the North Highland team at the client will be available to support and guide the resource but they are focused on the PMO activities

  • Public sector experience is a nice to have
