As a vital member of our design team at Vagaro, you'll dive deep into a multitude of customer and business challenges, entrusted with solving the most impactful ones. Collaborating closely with Executive Leadership, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives, product hypotheses, and feature requests, transforming them into tangible, measurable, and solvable customer problems. With the autonomy to drive towards effective solutions and elegant user experiences, you'll forge strong partnerships with product and engineering colleagues. Together, we'll bring these solutions to life, delivering exceptional outcomes that resonate with our customers.

Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite position

How you will contribute:

• Simplify complex interaction problems and advocate for a user-centered design approach that puts our customers first.

• Drive design iterations through experimentation, leveraging techniques like A/B testing to refine and optimize user experiences.

• Embrace the excitement of a fast-moving environment, collaborating seamlessly with multiple stakeholders to bring designs to life.

• Deliver meticulously crafted designs and detailed specs to our development team, ensuring a seamless handoff and execution.

• Channel your passion for identifying and solving customer problems into every design decision, creating intuitive and impactful solutions.

• Bring concepts to life through high-fidelity prototypes, helping stakeholders visualize the future of Vagaro's products and features.

• Work with the team to evolve and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across our platform.

• Maintain reliability by attending scheduled shifts and adaptability to take on other duties as assigned.

Who we are searching for:

• 2-5 years of product design experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Proficiency in Figma, with a knack for leveraging its full potential to bring designs to life.

• Possess great taste and aesthetic awareness, with a keen eye for detail and design.

• Understanding of how native apps and web applications are built, along with a foundation in information architecture.

• Passionate about creating beautiful, minimal, and responsive designs that delight users.

• Experience designing with Webflow is preferred, but not required.
