Lead Business Analyst for Stryker Corporation to work with globally distributed stakeholders from all business units and/or related third parties to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives. Help guide development and testing efforts. Support the design and delivery of cloud-based products and services. Engage with stakeholders to analyze and model the business and technical domain to create a complete picture of workflows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed technology initiatives. Support feature development and backlog grooming process for assigned solutions. Manage development projects and lead their delivery. Work within a defined process and help the team with the expected deliverables. Define the business problem and primary objectives for new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements and oversee their implementation as a subject matter expert. Elicit system-integration specific requirements using interviews, document analysis, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and workflow analysis to contribute system design requirements in the form of user requirement and functional requirement specifications. Coordinate requirements walk-through verification with user representatives/stakeholders to ensure use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. Support Quality Assurance with test planning and documentation. Organize and maintain the structure of the required documentation across a large number of system integration projects and activities.. Requires: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience working with IT systems and digital solutions to define user needs, develop and maintain requirements, guide development teams representing the needs of the user, and perform user acceptance testing with regard to the solution being developed or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and two (2) years of experience working with IT systems and digital solutions to define user needs, develop and maintain requirements, guide development teams representing the needs of the user, and perform user acceptance testing with regard to the solution being developed. Specific skills/other requirements - Must also possess the following (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated experience building requirements, detailed specifications, testing plans and strategies in agile and cloud-focused development environments; and Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies to develop software or products.
