We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to help support agency Equity initiatives across multiple divisional projects and areas! The Senior Project Manager for IDEA will work to support internal and external efforts across Title VI Program, Language Access Program, Disadvantaged Business Program, Environmental Justice program and other organizational areas. This position will be located in the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Division, and will work across other Divisions depending on the projects, opportunities and areas in need of support. The Senior Project Manager is distinguished from the intermediate-level Project Manager, in that the senior develops the scope of the project and budget, negotiates contracts, assigns work to staff, and has regular external facing relationships, and manages projects that are cross-divisional or agency-wide. This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in-person. Serve as a good steward of our company by regularly utilizing our transit system to maintain a strong and current understanding of customers\' experiences and product and service offerings.
