IPT is seeking a Systems Administrator for the SAP SuccessFactors application to support our work at the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command ( DEVCOM) Headquarters (HQ) . SAP SuccessFactors (a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution provided to the Department of Defense) is currently in the development phase and scheduled to be deployed to production by April 2024. This solution will revolutionize Human Resource Information Management, integrate Talent Management, and digitize the HR experience for DEVCOM. This position will provide SAP SuccessFactors software administration and maintenance to support the DEVCOM Digital Transformation for Human Resources and Talent Management. Although directly supporting DEVCOM HQ, the work location for this position is Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal, AL

Responsibilities:

• Configur e and maintain various HR processes within SuccessFactors, such as performance management, talent management, and employee onboarding, in coordination with DEVCOM Human Resources organization staff.

• Collaborate with DEVCOM HR stakeholders to fully understand customer expectations and verify configuration requirements are properly implemented within the SuccsssFactors applicati on.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the SuccessFactors application.

• Support SAP with release and testing of DEVCOM-unique upgrades and coo rdinate scheduling of application maintenance and/or upgrades with SAP and DEVCOM stakeholders .

• Maintain accurate data within the system, including employee records, job roles, and other HR-related information, in coordination with DEVCOM Human Resources organization staff .

• Support SAP system performance monitoring activities and elevate any identified performance issues to the SAP support and customer success team .

• Assist in training material development f or DEVCOM - specific configuration s and feat ures , as well as training for end-users to include demonstrations and briefing support as needed .

• Develop the necessary documentation, SOPs , instructions, and guides to enable successful DEVCOM end-user engagement .

• Work with SAP support and owners of other DEVCOM systems (such as payroll, time and attendance, etc. ) as required to assist with managing integration of these systems with SuccessFactors and addressing technical challenges associated with DEVCOM -specific platform and business pro cess configura tio n requirements.

• Collaborate with the DEVCOM and SAP SuccessFactors c yber security teams to support the necessary activities to obtain and maintain an Assess Only security authorization for the SuccessFactors application.

• Support preparation of relevant technical data, artifacts, and analysis to assist DEVCOM C5ISR in conduct of the Assess Only assessment and submittal of the package for Authorizing Official (AO) approval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors administration experience

• Experience troubleshooting system issues OR previous systems administrator/analyst experience.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role

• DoD 8570 Level II/III certification desired

• Active Security Clearance required
