ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a potential Change Management Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at The Greentree Group. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years related experience.

• Experience in project management.

• In-depth understanding of organizational change management and training.

• OCM implementation experience in an ERP implementation

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to convey ideas and concepts to clients which may include executive levels of management.

• Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines independently as well as part of a team.

• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prosci or another OCM certification.

• Previous experience in providing professional consulting services to large client groups with complex operations.

• Previous experience in organizational change management and leveraging a structured change management approach and methodology within a client environment.

• Instructor-led training delivery experience to diverse audience groups.

• Communication product development and delivery experience.

• Microsoft Dynamics experience.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree’s yearly performance.
