ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Banking Services organization in Richmond, VA for a Test Data Management Analyst to assist their team.

Title: Test Data Management Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possible convert to full-time)

A hybrid option is available at the start.

Pay rate: Best in the segment on W2.

Client: Reputed client in the US

Job Description:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in design and implementation of big data applications using Hadoop technologies

  • Sound understanding and experience with Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera).

  • Experience in HDFS, Spark, Hive, Linux/Unix technologies is mandatory

  • Experience in Unix shell scripting is mandatory

  • Experience in Java/J2EE and Object-oriented programming.

  • Strong working knowledge of any one or more of the following databases - Netezza, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2

  • Strong experience Scripting language experience in job scheduling tools like Autosys or Oozie

  • Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL) to Understand, Execute and Write SQL Queries.

  • Able to understand and explore the constantly evolving tools within Hadoop ecosystem and apply them appropriately to the relevant problems at hand.

  • Support multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business information management or equivalent

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization levels

  • Ability to work closely with Developers and Architects to strategize and drive solutions to complex requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint skills

  • Strong Analytical skills with high attention to details and accuracy

  • Experience with Agile project methodologies

  • Experience in one or more of the desired skills is considered a plus

  • Knowledgeable in NPI/HRCI Data Sanitization concepts

  • Familiarity with Integrated and Independent Release management testing processes

  • Prior Experience in following BOA Line of business applications on GBT/GMT/GMOT/ERFT/EET

  • Experience with working on capturing and seeding Oracle, SQL SERVER and/or Mainframe DB2 data into Hadoop

  • Experienced in Test Data Management Strategies - Like Synthetic Data Generation, data virtualization

  • Experienced in building sanitized midrange testing environments by leveraging data from production.
