The Role

Manage a diverse docket of complex and routine litigation matters involving the company

Advise the various business clients on prelitigation disputes

Who You Are

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

At least 3 years of experience working on and managing litigation matters

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

Previous in-house experience (2+ years) in a corporate litigation department

Varied litigation experience; no specific litigation focus

Experience with class action lawsuits, especially in the employment context

Experience managing complex discovery, including e-discovery

Fluency with e-discovery software, tools, and processes
