Job Highlights:

We are seeking a consultant with expertise in business integration and mergers and acquisitions! This is a unique system-wide position that will work on process standardization, running analytics, and developing presentations for leadership.

Three years of experience is preferred, but not required.

MBA and MHA grads are encouraged to apply!

Job Summary:

Provides support for all M&A activities including organizing materials, meetings, and processes to ensure key milestones are achieved, leading the due diligence process including maintaining the virtual data room and related communications, and tracking all active and pipeline transactions.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plays a leadership role in the due diligence process, including organizing key findings and supporting virtual data room maintenance, communications, and management.

  • Provides administrative and project management support to the M&A team, including maintenance of SharePoint sites, and development of tracking and reporting templates for key deliverables and milestones.

  • Supports the transition to integration and disintegration processes.

  • Assists in gathering key performance metrics and information on potential acquisitions/partners, while monitoring key activity in the broader marketplace.

  • Assists with development of presentations and deliverables for senior leadership.

  • Completes ad hoc analysis and special projects.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

  • Three years' experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Rare climbing.
