We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager to work in San Carlos, CA who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo. Join us and you’ll support the Caltrain Capital Delivery team in managing capital program projects. In this role, you’ll be responsible for management of the scope, schedule, budget and quality of Projects. You will set project strategy, engage with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and analyze procurement strategies. You’ll bring your expertise to solve complex design and construction problems, ensuring the success of our projects for our client. You’ll provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

  • 10 years of experience in Construction Management of Civil Engineering or Transit projects.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Certified Construction Manager or Project Management certifications

  • State of California Professional Engineering registration or ability to obtain within six (6) months. Cal-OSHA/OSHA 30 training certification at start of work on project

  • Experience managing CMGC preconstruction phase

The base salary range for this position is $164,500 - $257,150. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
